I just received my cased Rodda 577-500 self cocking double hammer gun. In the case are some reloading tools. Paper patch bullet mold, brass screw capper/decapper and a case resizer. I understand how all of them work except for the capper. The decapper part is easy. I don't understand how the capper part works. I think that the part on the bottom of the T screw is homemade. The round knob on top screws in and out but I don't see anything happening either in or out. I can't figure out how it would reprime a case. It's made by Rigby and Bartram.
