Greifelt-Bockgewehre dieser Zeit waren robuste Verschlussmechanismen (oft Kersten-Verschluss),

I chased „Greifelt“ Bockgewehr for a time but they too look to have jumped on the Bockgewehr-O/U bandwagon in the 1930s and they demanded a stout lockup such as the Kersten-Verschluß. Alfred Greifelt and Oskar Jung were @ the helm in 1912, with Alfred passing this life in 1924 so by 1930 there may not have been a Greifelt in management.

I just don't see any German concern turning out Bockgewehr - O/U Platforms until the 1930s Craze so I still hold with O/Us actions being sourced from Liége.

Hochachtungsvoll,
