I wrote to them last year with this question and they replied that they would resume this in April 2025. This week, I wrote and inquired about a shotgun originally manufactured in 1972, and they replied that they do not have records going back that far? Realizing that an answer from customer service could be anything depending on who answers, does anyone have a POC at Browning? Thanks in advance. R/
