It's hard to find an engraver who works out for you. You don't want some kid pecking away at an expensive gun. Plus, you have to have a gunsmith to take the gun apart so the engraver can engrave it. Unless the engraver can do that. Then it needs to be blued and/or case colored after it's engraved then put back together. A lot of engravers can do handguns, cigarette lighters and knives. But they don't want to fool with a long gun for that reason. It might seem silly, but does Galazan have an engraver who does that kind of outside work? You are right up there close to them.
