Having spoken Italian at a decent level (but now submerged in French). Listen: It's "che sarà sarà." In Italian: What will be, will be.

The song "Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be)," famously sung by Doris Day, uses a Spanish phrase, although it was inspired by an Italian phrase. Lyricists changed the original Italian motto "Che sarà, sarà" from the 1954 film The Barefoot Contessa to the Spanish spelling "Que sera, sera" because they felt it had broader appeal."
