This is getting out of hand, it's very ''Simple'' if you live in a ''good state'' ''Red'', Cabebl's is pro gun' If you live in a ''bad state'' ''Blue'', Cabela's will tend to be anti- gun. There you have it. Before Bass pro took them over, they were always pro gun ! I think their policy on guns changes from State to State. In a blue state they will ban you from buying a gun , FOR LIFE'' for making a simple mistake on their forms they require you to fill out when buying a gun. They will not let you correct it nor will they tell what the mistake was. Now if that is not being anti gun, then I don't know what is.
Dirty Harry There's no such thing as red states or blue states. The entire idea is a false construct created by our politicians and media to keep Americans angry at people in other states that they don't know, and never will. Choosing to characterize all of the people of an entire state - the smallest one of which has a population of around 600,000 as just one thing is the worst and most ignorant kind of rhetoric, and it has one purpose: to keep Americans angry at each other for the benefit of a very, very few. People pushing such a narrative, or even passing it on are the problem. Great point! We have a lot of such problem people here on DGF. Kind of like your Facebook page characterizing people you disagree with as fascists or un-American. But that's different, because leftists are expected to talk out of both sides of their mouth, right? I'll bet you're as obnoxious in person as you are online. Tim

Don't flatter yourself, you don't. But since I don't have you on ignore, you're hard not to notice, especially with that oversized picture of your dog, screaming look at me look at meeee, like some dumb Karen at a little no kings protest. And yes, I typed your name into Facebook just to see if you're an azzhat everywhere, and you don't disappoint. And when I click on a new tab, you occupy about as much of my thoughts as the price of fertilizer in the Maldives. Carry on with your delusions of importance.

Great point! We have a lot of such problem people here on DGF. It's not just here; there's a lot of them everywhere. That the numbers of people willing to let themselves be used as puppets by our political class, and media are so great is disappointing. Nothing personal Geoff, but you both seem like a couple of distraction driven fools. It has nothing to do with puppetry or politics, it is about policies that people are forced to live under. There are clear differences between blue and red states. One of the glaring characteristics of a blue state sheep, is that they will they will push a condescending narrative, but don't have the stones to rant on the front lines and bite the finger off of a law enforcement officer.

^^^^^I can't see who these two^^^^^^ are because I have them on ignore, so it's time for me to cut out. By the way Stanton- that safe is awesome!! I always wanted one like it. I went up to a little hole in the wall gunshop a couple of weeks ago that a guy had in a closed down bank that was about 100 years old. it still had the vault which he used to keep his guns in. Pretty cool place.

There's no such thing as red states or blue states.
Not only is this statement a deceptive Red Herring... it is total bullshit. Of course there are Red states and Blue States... so called because of the way the majority reliably votes. Then there are the Purple states which tend to swing between Republican and Democrat (or Conservative and Insane). Nobody believes that every single voter in Blue states like California, Illinois, or New York votes straight ticket Democrat. But the minority Republicans in those Blue states are overwhelmed by the Democrat majority, which tends to be concentrated in very large Democrat controlled cities. Americans are angry at each other because the chasm between the two major Parties has widened, plain and simple. It is abundantly clear that the Democrat Party has largely moved very far left toward embracing things like gay marriage, transgender indoctrination of children, having biological males compete in women's sports, Open Borders, defense of Illegal Immigration, denial of Voter I.D. and other election security measures, taxpayer funded late term abortion, defense of the Welfare State ( and the massive related fraud), and let's not forget... continual attacks on the 2nd Amendment. Everyone who gave Geoff's Post a "Like" is at the forefront of our Left Wing Democrat supporters here. Every one of them knows the politicians they support overwhelmingly have anti-gun voting records. So it must be assumed they also know of and support the rest of the radical Left Democrat agenda and platform. They must have vested interests. This deceptive argument from Geoff on a gun forum is simply more of the insane Big Tent mantra that says we're all just Gun Owners, and we're in this together. That's another ridiculous lie. Having large numbers of Gun Owners voting against our interests in the 2nd Amendment has never helped our cause, and it never will. We are not united when one side is stabbing the rest of us in the back. It's time to recognize this Big Lie for what it is. Appeasement won't help. Thinking they might change is foolish.
Voting for anti-gun Democrats is dumber than giving treats to a dog that shits on a Persian Rug

^^^^^I can't see who these two^^^^^^ are because I have them on ignore, so it's time for me to cut out. . DimmyW, remember how you said you have me on IGNORE... but you also read all of my Posts? That's OK, because the Nutty Professor does the same thing. Princess SKB Stevie also had me on IGNORE for a while, but he/she couldn't do it either. He/she has tried engaging me directly, but always ended up looking like an idiot. He/she even joined forces with the Nutty Professor and Crying Bob, and tried a gutless doxxing attack that failed to drive me away. Then he/she decided to try spamming my PM box with vulgar PM's... which I just didn't bother opening. Princess Stevie's most recent tactic is to say he/she won't roll in the mud with me after years of every imaginable sort of mud rolling. He/she acts like they/them doesn't care what I say. But he/she actually reacts like Pavlov's dumbest democrat dog. Note how he/she put the link to her website back in her Free Advertising tagline after I mentioned she had removed it. I ring her bell and she drools. DimmyW, why do you think Princess Stevie refuses to answer my question about whether she pays Dave the $12.00 fee for each sale made as a result of that advertising? And do you think they/them pays Dave? I think her cowardly refusal to answer probably tells us all we need to know about him/her... P.S.-- my big snowblower and studded snow tires are sure getting a workout, and Lake Erie is 90% frozen over. You should invite your patron saint Al Gore on an ice fishing trip. ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/WzWFwb5p/bug.gif)
