Today is the end of a state imposed 10 day waiting period for the ringneck.
Kind of a pain in the neck.

Federal judge Benitez ruled several years ago that the CA 10-day wait is unconstitutional for anyone who has already passed a background check and gone thru a 10-day wait on a prior purchase. CA DOJ doesn't care much about federal rulings that they don't agree with, so they weaseled around the ruling. Same as they always do on 2A issues.
