Parabola Sidelock Joined: Dec 2020 Posts: 1,303 Likes: 639	One of the many quirks of UK firearms legislation is that a Firearm or Shotgun Certificate holder can buy smokeless powder without further authorisation but to buy or keep loose Black Powder requires an Explosives Certificate. A Firearm or Shotgun Certificate holder can however buy (if he can find them?) cartridges loaded with Black Powder without needing an Explosives Certificate.
