As a person who has worked my wat through life always believing that the glass is half empty rather than half full. After reading the description for this gun, negative thoughts started in a big way like:
Estimated date 1890. The gun has no serial number and with Grant the number will give you the build date no problem.
2 3/4 Chambers at that date almost as rear as hens teeth.
Chokes Mod Cylinder trans lard to the Man with the reamer has been very busy. Big give away no bore measurements at a guess .740 or larger.
Barrel length ???? Or may be his tape measure is not in good working order.
Ejectors that is good but omitted to say they are working.
Here in the UK it would be a gun to walk away from, because any second user gun the barrels are of more importance than the action that can be repaired but you cant make the bore smaller. Though I do understand that bore diameter on tour side of the pond does not have the same importance as here.


The only lessons in my life I truly did learn from where the ones I paid for!
