I think the temp was hovering around 5 degrees, with a 10-15mph breeze out of the Dakotas. The Weber is still set up with the rotisserie I used for the Christmas Day pork loin, and I didn’t feel like messing around with that, and just left it under its cover.

Broiled some steaks for the wife, boy, and I. Maria handled the stuff that grows in the dirt, and the sautéed shrimp, in garlic and butter was my other contribution.
