Russ called them “Butt ugly model 21s”. Said they were on par with Stevens 311s. The only thing you got right in your post, Jimmy, is Pete hated ‘em too.

Best,
Ted

He said that about the FIRST WOOD that originally came out on the 21s. That's quite a bit different than everything you said. Show me where he called 21s and Superposed pieces of "s--t". You can't - and you know it. And he called every Ithaca butt ugly. Like I said, he was a LC Smith collector. People commented on their cross eyed dogs and ugly birds engraving. So, everyone back then called each other's guns ugly quite a bit. But I don't believe he went on and on about 21s and Superposeds like you said. He knew they were a well built gun. Unlike what you said. And EVERYTHING I said WAS correct. Read your post again. Everything YOU SAID was wrong. "Everybody already knows they really are pieces of s***." That's what you said. I don't think that is true. I wonder how many people on here would disagree with you. And it is really pathetic that you have used two people who have passed away and tried to use them to tell such an outrageous lie. And when I pointed it out you still continue to lie. Like always, you managed to spew an overload of BS into a single post about someone's guns that wasn't true. It doesn't work for intelligent people on this board. Now Daryl was nice enough to post an interesting thread for us. Can't we be courteous to the gentleman and enjoy the thread? .......P.S.............. And Geoff- you were on here back then. I might be wrong, but don't recall Russ Ruppel going on and on about Superposed. I think Ted owes you an apology. It doesn't surprise me what he did. Running another person's gun down like he did pretty much tells everyone that he has no pot to P in and just can't afford a decent gun. So, he is accustomed to doing what he did. As you can see, he made no effort to back up what he said- I DID. I was really enjoying the Winchester Model 21s that Daryl posted in the auction. I learned something about the rarities they came up with. He was wrong and totally out of line.

Not as long as you’re here. Shouldn’t you be somewhere, clutching a string of pearls, and worrying aloud about global warming?

Go away, Jimmy. Nothing you said, or, say, is correct.

Ted
