Sleeving starts at $2K. That is before bluing and engraving. You’re going to need a rib, looks like about $1K for that. $600 for tubes.I’d be willing to bet a proper sleeving job on that Parker is within spitting distance of $5K, when it is over.

Gold is almost $4300 an ounce. Unfortunately, some things, like gold, old Parker barrels, and sleeving don’t come cheap. Sorry.
