For a .410 to be effective it is imperative that it have enough barrel constriction to deliver killing pattern density. It could be choke sleeved, or possibly have screw ins added, if barrel thickness at the muzzle allowed it. Either some misguided individual ordered it that way or had the original constrictions honed out. A travesty either way for such a pretty thing with 30" tubes.
