I don't know the diff between the 100, 150, 200 but I paid $1750 for a 20 ga 150 for my wife a few years ago. It was higher because it had a Briley choke tubes and 28" barrels. They are great guns for the money although most have pretty plain wood. I owned a 12 over 40 years ago and with factory loads reccoil was a problem. I refinished the stock and found the grain was in fact painted on.
