Fwiw, this thing is more, to me at least, about the young man's work, his background, his tenacity, his unbelievable skills, both with wood and design knowledge, along with the volunteers who came on to help him and their back stories. As Gil just stated, the episode of sourcing live oak flitches from a South Georgia sawmill and its iconic owner is truly remarkable and funny at the same time. I learned what a wonderful wood that is for boats. The end product is wonderful, regardless of your point of view. It's extremely well done with the music, the running commentary and captioning.
