I've only seen ads for four other Reilly .410 SxS's:

https://www.shotgunworld.com/threads/410.129974/?post_id=1040753#post-1040753Can you give me a general value of an E. M. Reilly & Co. double-barrel shotgun, .410 ga., s/n 26870 with "leg of mutton" leather custom case? Gun is engraved blue steel with Damascus barrels and a straight checkered walnut stock. The case is a two compartment shaped leather with brass furniture. Absolutely it's a .410. That is all the information I have on the gun other than it's in great shape with clear engraving marks and the case has a blue lining in it.

Forwarded w/o comment or additional photos by Mark Crudgington, .410 SxS Shotgun, made by Redman, Birmingham Proofs. Note, the stock looks Reilly but all the other .410 have side levers. Without more details, can't totally explain or accept how this gun fits into the narrative.
