I am searching for a discarded land lever of the hand detachable locks. No matter the brand, the size, the thread.... Its to make an experiment.
I have a gun with no hand detachable locks, and would like to fit in the main screw a thumb screw only for aesthetics. Yes, I know the side plates will still have the front small screw and the side plates wont be hand detachable as one that came from factory. But visually I like the detail and just would like to play around and fit one. I have lathe and welding equipment, so if length or thread does not match its easy for me to make a new shaft. What i cant do if the thumb engraved screw. Yes, it can be done, but not worth the effort
Maybe someone has a broken gun that is going to be discarded, and could remove the screw?
