I have a nice little Flues 4E 20ga made in1919 per the factory letter. I paid more for my little Flues, but it has more to appeal to a grouse and woodcock hunter than Cabela's 5 above--although that's a good price. On the other hand, mine has24" barrels and a swamped rib, double triggers and ejectors. Weighs just under 5 3/4# and fits me really well. We start hunting woods birds in a few days. With all the rain we've had, I'm hoping we'll see more woodcock this season than last we did last year.They certainly put some Nice engraving
on those higher grade Flues guns. A Flues field grade 16 was my first classic American sxs, but it didn't really fit me.

Arrieta Hey John, I sent the gun back at a cost of $98 They received it today. So, we'll see what they do. They won't give me a firm answer on the return shipping when I talked to customer service. Emailed the head of the GL about the matter.....all I've got is crickets. Just have to wait and see. Thanks my friend Greg

If they will not write you a check, I think I would ask for a girt card.

Hey all, bit of an update. The refund check is on the water to me via FEDEX 2 day. Have to take my hat off to them on this one. Curious to see if my reimbursement for return shipping is included.
I'm also curious to see what the description will be when they relist it.

Good for you!! I think Cabellas probably didn't try to cheat you on purpose- probably just some inexperienced personnel made a mistake. Just hope everything goes okay for you.

Well, here is the latest update.
Got the refund check for the full amount I paid them. But, no reimbursement for the return shipping. So, I'll be talking to Customer Service to see what they say
They relisted the gun on their website. The only thing they changed was the chamber length from 3" to 2 3/4". Everything else was the same. Go figure!

And the beat goes on. I ordered a Model 21 Trap grade with vent rib from the BassPro in Mn. It was listed in the description as having 30" barrels. It arrived to my local store with barrels that somehow grew to 32" much to my delight, as that is what I really wanted. Don't these people own a tape measure?
