Thank you.
Manor Guns are an artisanal outfit, buying in components from manufacturers in Europe and building interesting, good-quality guns. Their approach combines traditional skills with aerospace engineering. They offer IIRC a 10-bore S/S based on AyA parts, so there's a connection there.
To my mind, a distribution arrangement with AyA suggests either growth for Manor, or niche placement for AyA, or perhaps a bit of both.

Sorry to say at this moment AYA will not make it. Now if they get purchased by someone or merged maybe that will happen. I imported them for may years and new management came in and things went down hill. Then I quit

Sure like to know how manor guns will be an importer for them when they can not deliver the guns that aya has taken deposits for in the USA

Their longtime UK importer has a lawsuit against them.

My friend in the USA has been waiting 30 months

The prices went through the roof with poor resale value unless offered at prices very favorable to the seller.
Today I looked at competition at lgs. Twenty gauge 28" pre War J.P. Sauer choked 1/4-1/2 chokes pow grip no cheekpiece or swivels about 5.5lb. This is East of the Urals Siberian Special meaning it had single non-selective mechanical trigger in large trigger guard plus aggressively checkered safety button. All that goodness for asking price of $1200. The only negative were 65mm or 67mm chambers. Hard to compete with that.
