I noticed when I was shooting it on clays (right after I'd bought it) that some shells worked much better than the others. AA Winchesters worked fairly well and cheaper Rios didn't. I suppose that holds true for hunting as well? I suspect that the overall weight of the gun will work better for my buddy as well (sadly, it seems that the years have not been entirely kind to him).
