I know of two H&H falling block rifles in .240 flanged, one is a Woodward(pictured on the back cover of the Winfer book), the other is a small frame Webley 1902 action(the round breech block) that had a safety added to it.

I have been think about a build in that caliber, change the bullet diameter to .243" from .246" and it would be pretty handy. Leaning more towards a 6.5x53R and the 140 grain bullet instead.
