Didn’t sound like one. Just didn’t look like what I would think of as a working gun, I think of field model as a working gun.
No problem. I do value your opinions on these guns tremendously. I don’t know much except from what I have learned from you gentlemen here. So please don’t hesitate to comment, I was just doing the same.

Crazy thing was my wife told me to buy it when I showed her how I had found one to match my 16!
Wonder what she says when I show her a 16ga to match my Lindner or my DM Lefever?
Hopefully it takes me a year or so to find those, I don’t think she would be as enthusiastic. LOL!

16 gauge version came back cleaned up and tight as the day she was made.

Took out old gun with old decoys and had little fun after the rain.

Finally got both shooting the way I wanted them too. 16ga version only shoots poa with 1150fps or less ammo. 12ga now has chokes opened up to m/im. The xf/xf was a little much for anything. Now they feel and shoot like a pair, serial number 10 digits apart same Belgium maker but retailed by different Germans. If it wasn’t for my new found love of hammer guns, these two would go on most dove shoots with me.

That straight-hand-stock appears to be lovely. Have you tried larger shot in the 16 to see how it stabilizes @ higher velocities?

Actually haven’t patterned 6s but if you think it might, I sure will give it a try.

I would, then you will know. Load up some #4s & see how they fly. If you find a gun that patterns big shot well, it is a relatively rare find.
