Dorchester is a nice place, been there many times, mostly for clays shooting however. The food there has always been fabulous. I also know Zach (Gutierrez (sp.?)), who runs Forest City Gun Club. He's a serious sporting clays shooter and an all around very nice guy.

28s are a gracious plenty for preserve quail. 410s work too, if you're quick enough.
