Yes, Ferlach from 1964. I would say the scope & mounts were worth that??? But remember that Russian Hunters had been prevented from hunting since say 1937. So when they occupied the Suhl - Zella-Mehlis area of mechanics, ALL of Germany's sporting weapons went either for repartitions or to Russia for eagerly awaiting Russian Hunters. This created a HUGE weapons void and Ferlach attempted to fill it. GECO, etc all were pressing Ferlach stating circa 1950 for any & all. By law, Austrians were not supposed to make rifles until 1953, but that was circumvented 1st by scatterguns for British Officers and the rest followed So in Austria in the 1950s & 1960s, gunmaking was the name of the game....
Indeed, I would say remorse......
