[quote=LGF]...
Isn't the scientific method based on open minded inquiry rather than pushing establish dogma? Well, you certainly are disqualified to be a scientist based on that criterion. Meanwhile the facts continue to support climate change and the human influence on it. Day after day, the data roll in and day after day the deniers keep wailing. You may not l8ke it, but the world continues to warm up. Ahhh, brent you dork. The question is why is it warming up. And tell me how what I said disqualified me. My lack of interest in being a scientist may disqualify me. My lack of a specialized university degree may disqualify me. I wasn't trying to define the scientific method. But I think I accurately described an aspect of it. I doubt any one in this thread is saying the earth's temperature doesn't change. It's been fluctuating as long as the earth has been around. Seems to me about 10-12 years ago Mars had a bigger temp change than Earth. Haven't kept up on those numbers since. Maybe the Martians got it under control. Want to explain to me how paying a carbon tax into general revenue lowers the earth's temperature? How exempting the two biggest contributors of carbon from any and all agreements lowers carbon levels. What has become painfully obvious to all except the raving Left, is that the whole discussion has been highjacked in order to give power and wealth to NGOs, expand Leftist control and reduce personal freedoms. Its never been about temperature......Its always been about power.
