A lot of us that shoot SxS do it because we like the traditional game gun look and feel, however if we use it for a lot of clays we then have to deal with recoil from a light game gun. I don't think I am the only one that shoots 7/8 oz in 12 ga , 3/4 oz in 20 and now heaven forbid I am going down the rabbit hole shooting a 410. The first time I saw extended choke tubes on a SxS I thought how awful. Now I think if it brings more shooters away from the Dark side it has to be ok. Just so you know the Dark side is any gun that throws it's fired shells out on the ground or has ported barrels that hurt my already depleted hearing.
