Yes, I think so. If it were mine, I would check to see if a .321" Winchester Special bullet will easily enter the neck of a case fired in the rifle. If it will easily enter the neck, I would use the "new" Flex S (?) bullet used in new lever action ammo, the bulletd seem to have a good reputation in the different calibers it is made for. The standard bullet for the cartridges weighed 196-8 grains, but the one I mentioned weighs around 170, which will give a little better balance of velocity to bullet weight. If the bullet won't fit, you can size them to .318" as they are made to expand at the velocity attainable at safe pressure.
