My 5.6x50R is also a BRNO. The Bellm loading data is excess to the needs for the standard case, what you were doing before is fine. The reason he needed to size the webs is because he overstrained them with excess pressure. If you have the need to size the web anyway, I believe it would be easier to just saw the top of the carbide die off (the carbide portion is usually a "ring" at the bottom of the die and the body is softer) with a power bandsaw. The standard 5.6x50R is an excellent Reh cartridge just as it is.
