OP ed good Sidelock Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 10,182 Likes: 129 nh mostly	Craigo, are you sayin put 3" 28 ga gaugemate in 16 bore gun? with .025 choke tube? might work... lookin to experiment wid sum thin unknown...maybe discover whole new world... thinking custom made 16 ga barrel with expanding cone beginning at end of 3" 28 ga chamber; then expanding to .667 and then back to .662 at muzzle... as eightboro suggested, choke cone length may be important or not... I would be willing to do the shooting if Ed would do the driving. I would do the testing with #4 shot.
