Take advantage of your time in Florida and look at some of the 55+ retirement communities as an option for getting out of this communist run state.
I don't know.... with all of the hurricanes in Florida I think it is time to get out. Insurance companies are pulling out of the state. Things are getting really bad in Florida and I look for them to get a lot worse. Then again the weather will only get worse all over the world. But good luck. (I changed my post because I felt like I was jumping all over you, dogon.) But since I just got out of Florida because of all of the weather problems, I jumped the gun a little too harsh. And I apologize for that. But since I personally experienced the problems Florida will be having in the future, I, along with so many other people are getting out. Eight condos have sold in my complex just since last fall, alone. Just in time. Take care and good luck.
