Take advantage of your time in Florida and look at some of the 55+ retirement communities as an option for getting out of this communist run state. You must not have heard of CLIMATE CHANGE. The hurricanes will get worse. The continents are melting. The major insurance companies are pulling out of Florida for that reason. And if you can get insurance, it will cost an arm and a leg. Flooding in downtown St. Petersburg seven days a year when it doesn't even rain because of high water. It will get worse. Time to get out!! Not move in! Gainesville Pawn might have something. They have had that Model 21 for some time. But the shows around the Tampa/St. Pete/Bradenton area are a waste of time. The CONTINENTS are melting!!! RUN for your LIVES!!! HAHAHAHA! What a bozo! I don't know.... with all of the hurricanes in Florida I think it is time to get out. Insurance companies are pulling out of the state. Things are getting really bad in Florida and I look for them to get a lot worse. Then again the weather will only get worse all over the world. But good luck. (I changed my post because I felt like I was jumping all over you, dogon.) But since I just got out of Florida because of all of the weather problems, I jumped the gun a little too harsh. And I apologize for that. But since I personally experienced the problems Florida will be having in the future, I, along with so many other people are getting out. Eight condos have sold in my complex just since last fall, alone. Just in time. Take care and good luck.  You're the biggest liar on this board, you just got out of Florida. You lived in Indiana, no wait, you're John Boehners neighbor in Ohio, yeah, that's the ticket. Or do you claim to be in Pennsylvania now?
