You must not have heard of CLIMATE CHANGE. The hurricanes will get worse. The continents are melting. The major insurance companies are pulling out of Florida for that reason. And if you can get insurance, it will cost an arm and a leg. Flooding in downtown St. Petersburg seven days a year when it doesn't even rain because of high water. It will get worse. Time to get out!! Not move in! Gainesville Pawn might have something. They have had that Model 21 for some time. But the shows around the Tampa/St. Pete/Bradenton area are a waste of time.
