Take advantage of your time in Florida and look at some of the 55+ retirement communities as an option for getting out of this communist run state.

I like to hire a fishing guide for at least one day when I travel. I don't care about the target species or method. It's almost always fun and you might as well have something in the empty cooler on the trip home. I was a pretty good fishing guide at one point in my life and value local knowledge. It basically pays for itself if you look at the cost of store-bought seafood. Have fun!

All the amenities, better environment, rational people - you could even live just across the line in Wisconsin if you are afraid of the color blue.... I thought you were opposed to DOGE. The hurricanes will get worse. The continents are melting. The major insurance companies are pulling out of Florida for that reason. And if you can get insurance, it will cost an arm and a leg. Flooding in downtown St. Petersburg seven days a year when it doesn't even rain because of high water. It will get worse. Time to get out!! Not move in! Gainesville Pawn might have something. They have had that Model 21 for some time. But the shows around the Tampa/St. Pete/Bradenton area are a waste of time. The CONTINENTS are melting!!! RUN for your LIVES!!! HAHAHAHA! What a bozo! I had an inspector that worked for me that (honest to goodness) had a Summer home in North Dakota and a Winter home in South Dakota. The time I spent in those states, either working or playing, was enjoyable.
I think that people who slather tarter sauce on fish don’t really like the flavor of fish (or sea food)
The next three days we’re due to have low temps of 1,2 and 5 F….. the heck with GW!
Dodging lions and wasting time.....
