FlyChamps Sidelock Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 476 Likes: 76 Columbia, SC	The Spanish 5 pin sidelocks I've seen have intercepting sears. They have 5 pins because some coil springs are used in the locks instead of V or flat springs. My wife has a 4 pin Grulla that has intercepting sears.

I am too lazy to link, but you can see one with all the best features of H&H clone on Guns International #102961723.

Baker shotguns use a different approach with "firing pin safety blocks" that block the pins from the hammers unless the triggers are pulled. Their later sidelocks use three pins.
