I have donated to a couple before but I have no idea how to set one up. I think it gives you numerous ways in which to donate funds like Pay Pal, ACH auto bank check, credit or debit card, etc.

Having been a subscriber to the DGJournal since their very beginnings, I'm all on-board for Perry Kissam's idea of a Go-Fund-Me page for the Cote' family IF they are open to it. God knows they've all put enough into it...........

I have been a subscriber since Issue one. I'm totally in, but how do we start? Whether or not we ever receive Index 3.... these folks could use our help. Does anyone know to start this fund?

I think that long time subscribers who have developed a burr under their saddles and refused to order the Volume 3 would be better to order and pay rather than wait for a "Go Fund Me" to appear. Mr. Cote's financial problems were and are a result of failure of long time customers to stay with them simply because a book is late in coming.
