Stay tuned. You won't like what you hear. Trump knows what you don't. Food is cheap in America for a good reason.

The result was an updated version of NAFTA, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), which did not actually change very much. Still, it was enough for Trump to declare victory and drop the tariffs, conveniently forgetting the stuff about immigrants.

However, while some things are the same as 2018, there are also some pretty big differences. First, he's been a lot louder about the immigration bit this time, and has also added fentanyl to the mix. (The interesting thing about fentanyl is that it's not a normal commodity; not so easy to control or tax something that's being smuggled in - if it were taxable, it shouldn't be a problem in the first place.) These changes will not be as easy to dismiss as it was the first time around. Secondly, the trade deal he was unhappy about last time was the work of the George H.W. Bush administration. The trade deal he's unhappy about now was the work of the Donald J. Trump administration. Is it really plausible he can do better this time than last time? Third, as the U.K. and France can tell you, appeasement can only go so far. Trudeau (and his replacement) and Sheinbaum will both be very well aware that this is the second time they've danced this dance, and there are still 4 years left in Trump's term. If they grant him concessions now, can they really believe he won't go to the trade war well again in a year or two? They may well decide that they need to hold the line now.

take note of my signature line....

Facts are what we call them. Most people read something written and published and call it "facts". It's almost impossible to tell what really is a fact and what is an opinion hidden by supposed "research" or "investigation".

Ever heard "Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see."? With AI now becoming prevalent that should be changed to "none of what you see", too.

this is a historical record of actions already taken - not a [censored - come on man!] tale.

if you are unable to distinguish between the two, i am very sorry.

Trump is doing exactly what I voted for him to do. He mistakenly believed that most politicians cared about the health and welfare of their country, and would work to improve it, and had it demonstrated to him that that was clearly not the case.

This time, he is bolder, wiser, and not interested in getting along. Bravo.

This guy realizes part of the problem, but, doesn’t seem to grasp how bad his people and their ideas suck:

Greybeard, a "historical record" according to WHO? That was my point earlier. We all process what we hear and read and then make a decision as to whether or not we think it is accurate. Can you point out a source that cannot possibly be wrong? I can't. Not Fox News, not News Max, nobody. Everyone makes mistakes. We all end up believing what we really want to believe, as unbiased as we convince ourselves that we are.

Don't drink the Kool Aid buddy. Stay skeptical, ALWAYS!

Wikipedia is not fact. You are supposed to think it is. Check out how they write it and who the input comes from.

You’ve certainly convinced yourself you’re not a SOCIALIST.
