Jets......1st or 2cd (mostly first) in the league since the start of the season. Hello Canada Jim! Nobody cares who won January. And I am sure you are aware a large part of the Jets success so far is due to American net minder and Detroit native Connor Hellebuyck. Anywho, grab another cocoa and get ready for the third period. Wings will be tied with the Canadiens after tonight. ________________________________________ p.s. I got Canadian citizenship. Figured it would come in handy if I ever went insane and decided to move to Winnipeg. The only problem with Canada is all the damn Canadians. looks like you boys have run out of arguments as to why the long standing American custom and tradition of birthright citizenship is suddenly no longer valid...

Seeing as he went in the fifth round of the draft I guess Detroit was too dumb to pick a three time Vezina winning goalie. ed, I guess you didn't understand or didn't read the 14th Amendment. If you are an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT and have a child here you are not an American citizen and either is your child. You were not vetted.

Dave, guess you don't understand that birthright citizenship is a long standing American custom and tradition since when in 1868, the 14th amendment was ratified...
the exceptions to this right have been clearly and also long established...
the legal immigrant status and vetting of the mother are not established exceptions...
sounds like something somebody recently made up...
