The 14th Amendment's Citizenship Clause has a few exceptions, including children born to diplomats, children born to alien enemies, and children of Native Americans. ..

Speaking of making stuff up, apparently, you can make stuff up and deflect.

The discussion should be about, is a foreign national, who is a felon by unlawful entry, an alien enemy. What if they were already felons, according to their home nation, lol. Can't call them an ally, can we. You should also email your Native American link to doge.

ed,
I doubt the 14th, as written, was intended to be applied to an illegal invasion. The framers had no idea that something like that would be permitted to occur. They also could not have predicted that we would be cursed with an administration that would “lose” 300,000 illegal immigrant children. To his credit, the new president made it a priority to locate those kids, and has found about 20,000 of them. But, there are still too many missing. If you guys were really worried about “ the kid” you could start with those kids, but, you won’t.
The last president had a nickname bestowed on him by his kids, that insinuated he had a predilection for sexually abusing young children, and in my darker moments, I suspect the ease he brought to the youngest being able to get here, and then be lost, was brought about by that predilection.

This won’t be an issue at all when there is no illegal immigration. You guys can go back to just wishing those kids were getting here, and getting lost in the system

Best,
Ted

Is it's skin color too often a wee bit dark for you? What is it?

And what about children of mixed citizenship status parents or children of legal immigrants? How are those children different and superior, or do you throw them out too? You guys have a lot of hate.

I wonder how many here can produce documentation that their ancestral lineage is pure enough to pass muster?

Well, if you want to bring up hating the child, you maybe should start with the nearly 1 million abortions performed, mostly on black and brown babies every year. That seems pretty hateful to me.

Best,
Ted

I'm sure Ted noticed it, but nobody mentioned it...

Look carefully at what the Nutty Professor just did here. He is pretending to be sympathetic toward children, but then completely ignores Ted asking about saving the lives of unborn babies. The Nutty Professor also tries to portray Ted and others who oppose birthright citizenship as racist... even after Ted noted that a large portion of babies aborted each year are black or brown.

Last week, every Democrat in the Senate voted against a bill that required proper medical care for a baby born alive during a botched abortion. At that point, it is well beyond being able to say the baby is not a human, but just a clump of cells. Democrats voted against it anyway. It isn't about saving kids or helping kids. It's about the Liberal Left doing everything they can to gain a permanent majority, and to take us back to the dark and perverted places we were going before we woke up and re-elected Donald Trump.

Don't pay attention to what Liberal Democrats like the Nutty Professor say... pay attention to what they do.

Voting for anti-gun Democrats is dumber than giving treats to a dog that shits on a Persian Rug

well, the 14th amendment may need amendment...

or congress and the pres may need to come up with a new law to address new issues...

meantime, its up to the courts to decide...

but, what we don't need is a zealot pres attempting to usurp the clear power of the 14th amendment...

its just wasting time and feeding into the hands of his and our domestic enemies...

or, when the federal courts shoots down trumps xo, then that paves the way for Congress to act...

Hello Canada Jim!

Nobody cares who won January.

And I am sure you are aware a large part of the Jets success so far is due to American net minder and Detroit native Connor Hellebuyck.

Anywho, grab another cocoa and get ready for the third period. Wings will be tied with the Canadiens after tonight.
