Reciently picked up a jps, serial #143345, stamped made in prussia. Any idea on age and is it possible to letter a sauer?

1908-1909 based on one of the more reliable lists provided by Raimey. Post some pics of barrel and action flats and these guys can give you some more accurate information.

Not real computer savvy. I can tell you that its highly engraved,30” barrels, vent rib, beaver tail forearm, single trigger, lop 14”and very fine checkering. Model 45 i think.
