Out of our heart come our actions, and words. Mark 7:20-23, Matthew 12:34b Out of a heart filled with hate, comes hate, until there is no more heart or soul left. Many men are skilled at projecting something other than they are; in their heart. And their actions are motivated by their self-interest. Matthew 7:22-23 God alone is judge, and God alone condemns (James 4:12, John 8:15-16, Nahum 1:7b/2 Timothy 2:19b) and all will stand before Christ in judgment (John 5:22, John 12:48, Acts 17:31, Romans 14:10-12, 2 Corinthians 5:10, 1 Peter 4:5) Our judgment starts with ourselves, and we will be judged with the same measure that we use to judge others (Matthew 7:2) and by our willingness to forgive (Luke 6:37-38, James 2:13a). We however are also commanded to be discerning Philippians 1:9-10, Hebrews 5:4 In our decision making, we should do nothing to cause a brother to stumble or fall (Romans 14:13) and recognize that mercy triumphs over judgment (Romans 14:1, James 2:13b). Jesus was "a friend of sinners", but his/our mercy never condones nor enables sin; the man healed at the Bethesda pool (John 5:14) and the woman caught in adultery (John 8:11) were told to stop sinning. Sinners (all of us) however are masters at self-justification, denial, evasion, excuses...and accusing others of being hypocrites or judgmental. And in calling out both actions and speech, our motivation is reconciliation (with God) and peace (with each other). Very often the origin of the "bad" speech or actions is a wounded heart, and we also want healing. IMHO keith is in desperate need of the healing only the Holy Spirit can give. I genuinely want him to find it.

I gave you a "like" on that post, Drew, because it is all good and accurate scriptural teaching. However, I do believe everyone is in desperate need of healing daily, especially me, and I also do not believe Keith is filled with hate, he just has conservative principles, most of which I agree with, he defends that chafe some here and uses descriptions that might best be left off. I've been guilty of that before on this board. I'm praying for all of us here, in Jesus' name, pray for me also, please. JR

...I also wonder if Tom or Crying Bob or the Preacher ever heard of G.I. bring-backs, and whether they see those guns as stolen booty, and the guys who smuggled them here as war criminals?... Only a complete douchebag such as yourself would mention your Nazi clown thief piece of shit buddy in the same breath with WWII U.S. soldiers (thank you for your service). Excellent, Crying Bob. You just provided further proof of your mental deficiencies and poor reading comprehension. Perhaps you are suffering additional brain damage from inhaling the thick wildfire smoke in your area. Nowhere, "in the same breath", or in the QUOTE you posted, did I mention Gene and WWII U.S. soldiers. You had a full day to formulate a response, and all you could come up with is more stupidity??? The obvious point I made was that the civilian bring-back guns they brought home also once belonged ordinary citizens who were forced to surrender them. No attempt was made to return or repatriate them to their rightful owners, or their survivors. But that is an unfortunate consequence of war. Nobody in their right mind sees them as war criminals because they brought back firearms. And the legal military bring-back guns such as Mausers, Arisakas, Carcanos, etc. might very well have been used to kill or wound Allied troops, or civilians such as Jews. Liberals like Rocky Mtn Bill will never think about that when they sporterize a Mauser. Nor are you concerned that your Jap made Brownings may have been built by Japanese veterans or manufacturers who built weapons of war for Japan. We can expound a bit, and mention the true fact that some G.I.'s have been known to bring back prohibited weapons of war such as full-auto weapons and deadly ordnance such as grenades. Google it to see for yourself. I am neither condoning that, or criticizing that fact here. I merely recognize that they thought these things were cool, they coveted them, and brought them home... illegally under U.S. Military law. Thankfully, they rarely misuse them, and they are often found after the veteran who kept them has died. They are still heroes to me. They defended our freedom... unlike the Liberal Democrats who continually seek to Infringe upon the 2nd Amendment Rights of law abiding citizens. Contrast that with the disrespectful actions of the Liberal Democrats you and your pals support. They pass so-called Red Flag Laws, and other legislation to prohibit gun ownership by U.S. veterans who are diagnosed and treated for PTSD. I sincerely doubt we will ever see you or the other Libtards here criticize that, or stop supporting them. That's because you are low I.Q. hypocrites. I actually own a few G.I. bring-back guns... bought from WWII U.S. veterans. I've mentioned them here before. One is a 16 gauge Herrman Eichhorn sidelock double shotgun. It's very nice with full coverage engraving and gold inlays. The WWII vet who sold it to me pointed to the city of manufacture on the barrels, Erfurt, and told me he was held as a prisoner of war in a Stalag near Erfurt. He also sold me a C. K. Ansorg drilling. It has a grip safety, because there is a selector on the tang to switch from right shotgun barrel to the rifle barrel, and also raise a rear sight in the rib. The drilling grip safety was missing the escutcheon, and Ernie, the WWII combat vet and ex-P.O.W., told me he thought he might have it in some boxes of parts in his basement, and said he would look for it. But guess what Crying Bob! Ernie lived even closer to Gene's Gun Shop than my parents did, and he did business with Gene, even though he knew they were on opposite sides in the war. He knew the war was over, knew Gene left Germany to become a U.S. citizen, and life goes on. Lots of other local veterans did business with Gene, and he was known as the best gunsmith in our area. Ernie suggested that if he was unable to find the missing escutcheon, I should go visit Gene to see if he might have one or make one. I don't believe that you (or the Preacher) would have the courage to call Ernie a Nazi, a Nazi collaborator, or a Nazi sympathizer, just because he did business with Gene... at least not to his face. It is obvious your twisting, lies, and gyrations here are simply more of your pathetic attempts to smear me. You will continue to personally attack me, John Roberts, and any other Conservative you hate. You will also continue to pretend that we are the problem here, and that you and your Libtard pals are innocent, and above the fray. ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/fbWnjfqd/Nazi-Caller.jpg)

keith: friendship with an unrepentant Nazi, and sharing the story of his hatred for Jews, speaks powerfully regarding your character. Evasion, deflection and self-justifying tangential arguments don't change that. I'm happy to be judged based on the quality of my friends...even more so by the character of my enemies. And thank you Preacher, for also proving my point. Let's not forget that it was you who wanted me to repeat the story I had told several years ago about my visit to Gene's house. You already knew the story. But you just wanted me to repeat it so you could take yet another un-Christian-like shot at smearing me. You remain unrepentant about that and your other lies, twisting, and disingenuous behavior. And you are too blinded by your seething hatred to ever acknowledge it. I'm not one bit surprised about that Preacher, because you have demonstrated time and time again that you are also not about truth or fairness, and you are also highly selective in that you go so far as to use Biblical verses to attack your enemies, yet twist and deflect to protect and defend your Liberal Left pals. That was never so clear as during the times that nca225 made multiple vulgar attacks on religion, and Christianity in particular. He/she expounded on the stupidity of Christians for believing in what he/she called a fa!ry tale. I specifically pointed that out to you, and gave you the chance to hurl back some of your fire and brimstone. And you avoided it like the duplicitous coward you are. You, the phony man of the cloth, never once defended the Lord or your religion, when it was viciously attacked by an avowed atheist. Instead of honestly answering the simple questions I asked concerning your hypocrisy, your repeated posting of non-double-gun content (which you and your pals pretend to abhor), and your own deep and unrelenting hatred (unrepentant, I might add)... you predictably came back with more of the twisting, evasion, deflection, and self-justifying crap you accuse me of. I answered your questions in detail... while you run from mine like a coward. Worse yet, you had the nerve to follow up with a Post containing Bible Scripture verses that you obviously think don't apply to you yourself. Read this again, and take a long look in the mirror: Out of our heart come our actions, and words. We however are also commanded to be discerning Philippians 1:9-10, Hebrews 5:4 In our decision making, we should do nothing to cause a brother to stumble or fall (Romans 14:13) and recognize that mercy triumphs over judgment (Romans 14:1, James 2:13b).... Your hate for me is obvious... I'm fine with that. I'd feel dirty if you liked me. Yet you frequently attempt to deceive other into thinking the only hatred here comes from me. You are pretty skilled at projecting something other than what you are. You say God alone is judge, yet you frequently judge me, and others you dislike, and remain biased and uneven in your judgement... all while giving a pass to those who have the same dishonest agenda here. You blasphemed yourself, by using Scripture to judge and to deflect us from your own faults, and said, "In our decision making, we should do nothing to cause a brother to stumble or fall (Romans 14:13)" Yet it is apparent that your sole purpose in asking me to repeat the story Of Gene and his wife cheering the Scud attacks on Israel was so you could tar me and smear me as somehow approving anti-Semitic behavior. Then you doubled down and asked me why I thought it was worth posting... even though it was you who deceptively asked me to post it again, and to expound upon it. Then you followed up with more deception by using my detailed response as a way to attack my character. In short, you did everything you could "to cause a brother to stumble or fall". John gave a "Like" to that Post filled with Scripture that you obviously do not believe applies to you. But I won't, and I'd suggest that John should take a second look at it, and at my reply to it here. Then he can decide whether it really means anything coming from a phony hypocrite Preacher. We are warned to beware of false prophets, and hiding behind Bible Scripture is about as low as it gets... especially for a preacher. Then he can find an honest and sincere preacher to pray for him... and he can even go back and "Unlike" his "Like" You may fool some here, but you will never fool me.

speaking solely for myself, i believe this would be a much better and more satisfying experience if we could all dial back on the vitriol, and minimize the "me Tarzan" chest thumping sessions that seem to proliferate periodically. we gather here because we have common interests - i suggest it would be beneficial to concentrate on those interests we share, and pay less attention to the areas where we might disagree.
best regards, tom

best regards, tom We didn't see that sentiment in your first Post within this Thread Tom... ...which is why I don't believe you now! You really gotta be more careful about letting the cat out of the bag! And seeing who has given this drivel "Likes" thus far only confirms my feelings that you are all invested in a "Do as I say, and not as I do" agenda to silence, censor, and smear your enemies, and making this forum an Internet Safe Space for Liberal Left gun owners. Not fooled Tom. Not by you, the Preacher, Crying Bob, LGF, the Free Advertising Monkey, or the Nutty Professor.

+1 Tom, Is this not a Double Gun site ? I come here to learn about double shotguns, nothing else. As entertaining as some off topic tirades may be.

I enjoy the banter and exchange of ideas and opinions in the arena of political and social thought. No one here is forced to read what they don’t want. I’ve learned a lot here over the years from off topic discussions. It just needs to be as civil as possible. JR

Romans 12:18. "Inasmuch as lieth within you live at peace with, and get along with, all men." No way can that be interpreted "Suck it up and agree with everyone.", because the Holy Spirit knows we are not "all on the same page " and will not all agree on everything. But, neither is it a license to be a protagonist about everything.
May God bless America and those who defend her.
