This gun is very mindful of the Heym Mod.22S (safety). The Munich proofhouse mark tends to support this. When Heym was in Muennerstadt they used the proofhouse at Mellrichstadt (?) which was under the Munich proofhouse and used the same stamp. If you can find operating instructions for the Heym Mod.22S maybe they will prove helpful. Regarding the statement that the barrel is marked "Laufstahl", note that the sattle(?) for the front claw mount base covers the first word in the barrel steel description.
