A happy thanksgiving to you all.
A little different one for us this year as we’re out of state with grieving family. The day will start with a morning trip to the nursing home to spend some time with my 98 year old aunt and then travel to the home of my wife’s last sister where a small mix of family will gather. There will be some tears but I’m confident there will be even more gratitude.
And, yes, there will be pecan pie but circumstances this year preclude my wife being able to make her specialty: Paradise Pumpkin. 😋
I sure wouldn't mind seeing the build list and spec sheet on that Paradise Pumpkin.....
I have Pecan on lock down- sometimes Bourbon, sometimes rum, occasionally Kahlua or Irish cream - always molasses.
