My friend Chris Baumohl, that some of you may remember passed away 11/21/24. Chris had struggled with health issues for several years. A decade or so ago we traveled to South Dakota, shot pheasants and prairie dogs, went to the Southern SxS several times. He was a good friend and will be missed.

I first met Chris when he was Treasurer of our club and I was just starting as Editor. We corresponded frequently and finally got to meet him at the Southern, he drove up from Alabama with his wife Carol along with Christopher Dunlap. Always had a great time talking with him. He will surely be missed.

Sorry to hear of Chris’ passing. I have to sadly agree that I seldom go a week without learning of the loss of a friend or acquaintance. My prayers for Chris’ family.

I'm shocked ans saddened by the news of Chris's passing. I met him at the Southern SxS several times and enjoyed his humor and outgoing personality. I will miss him. Condolences can be sent to Carol at
