I had initially only hoped for Trump to buy us time, to hold this country together long-enough for me to get into my dotage relatively unscathed. Now I'm thinking of my/our economic future (and my child's) in a much more positive light. I'm almost giddy when I think about it.
Optimism is a contagious thing.
I am also a realist and I don't have too-many illusions about the challenges we will all still be facing, but...I'm way more confident in the abilities of who Trump brings with him this time. Way more.
