Thanks for asking. We had for the first ever shoot about 30 entries. High score was 62 out of 80. There were 410 and 28 gauge Wobble Deck events as well. One thing that I was not excited about was it was restricted to 2 1/2" shells only. Plus a lot of stations we shot doubles and then shot reports. Some people complained because we were shooting doubles before the report pairs. The targets were a mixture of challenging and modest presentations. Everything was within scope of being able to break.
Everyone had a blast. Lot's of positive comments.
BTW, I shot a modest 51.

Nothing wrong with being restricted to 2 1/2" shells for a clay target venue. That is the regulation max for .410 in NSCA competition. I use 3" heavies when shooting game birds, however. Sounds like it was fun.

That all sounds very positive. Hope you do it again next year. I had already committed myself to go to the Vintagers in Md. I shot my Rizzini 550 410, and let’s just say shooting the 410 is a completely different shotgun experience.
