Not just NC. Geo in Valdosta has a 40" pine for a bedroom ceiling and is camping in house learning more than he cares about operating a noisy generator. Otherwise he and family are fine. My wife's hometown in middle Georgia has severe damage. Gil
Good to hear Geo and Stan and their families are safe. Running a generator to save frozen food and keep some lights going is a royal pain. But it is much better than not having one at all. I really need to find the time to convert one to run on natural gas for long term outages, because Mother Nature never quits.
Didn't Geo suffer some bad storm damage just a few years ago, and also had a dog killed by a fallen tree?
