I have in my possession an absolutely spectacular 20 gauge over/under shotgun engraved: E Flues, Maker, Buffalo NY in front of the top lever. It has 30" ribless barrels joined only at the first 4 inches of the breech forward and the first 2 1/2" of the muzzle back. The scalloped receiver is extremely thin - just 2" deep. It is profusely and beautifully engraved with scroll and game scenes, not unlike R Kornbrath. Single selective trigger and cross bolted. Beautiful wood and in about perfect condition. Came with an Ithaca letter from Ed Thompson of Ithaca who worked with Flues in Buffalo telling about his association with Charles Newton, the rifle builder. Anyone have information on other Flues O/U's? Many thanks.
