I cannot tell if that is brass or just glare on the trigger guard, but I agree it seems not quite right for a real #7. Could be a home made version. It seems a little long or somehow too big. Might be a home brew approximation. I've seen a few, and it has been a very long time, since I have seen and handled and original.
With this kind of Flip-Flopping, the Nutty Professor should be making policy statements for the anti-gunner Kamala Harris.
We certainly don't need a metallurgical analysis to know that trigger guard is brass, and not steel. I did see a resemblance to a rolling block pistol frame, but I try to avoid wild-assed guessing. Nice looking gun though.
