Collectors Firearms is a fantastic place. Not a fancy place, but they deal in a huge number of fine firearms. They typically have some nice doubles as well as a huge number of historical firearms. When I was curating a private museum I bought a Colt Paterson (one of six they had in inventory) a Colt Third Model Dragoon and a highly engraved Savage Model 1899 from them. May not be what you’re looking for, but it is definitely one of America’s best.
Oops. Collectors Firearms is in Houston, though they now have a shop in Austin as well. From what I’ve seen the best stuff is still in Houston.
