Does anyone remember who made the Dakota double guns? Maybe six grand isn't too much for that 30" .410.

The Heper came from AJ's Supplies, Wauseon, OH. He sells at the Michigan trapshooting grounds in Mason, MI.

I don't know if he ships.

You might call him and ask if he knows of other sources local to you Stan. I see he has a facebook page.

I'm pretty sure they were made north of the Mason-Dickens Line. Could you please explain to everyone why you feel the way you do about the price?

Something that I’ve noticed regarding both the Plantation and Estate Dickinsons is the coverage amount of engraving has been lessened from the earlier guns to those being imported today; not that the amount of earlier engraving was anything to get excited about, but there is definitely less of it today than what we’ve seen from them previously. In Dickinson’s brochure they state that both the engraving and checkering is hand done, I’m not so sure, but that’s what they claim.

I have a 16 with single trigger and 30 inch tubes and a 28 with double triggers and 30 inch tubes. No problems from either of them. The 16 is the older of the two.
